Collin Brock
Collin is one of the Charlotte market leaders for V3 Southeast, a civil engineering and landscape architecture firm, and is responsible for overseeing business development. Collin was a co-founder of Bloc Design, prior to being acquired by V3 in 2022. Collin has been married for over 20 years with his wife, Charlis, and their two young kids

Nick Burns
Nick is the owner and founder of Impact Designs, Inc., providing traffic engineering and consulting to the private development community in the Carolinas. Nick is a graduate of NC State University, where he played football. He is married to Brittany and together they have four kids.

Kyle diPretoro
Kyle diPretoro is the Founder of dP Development, a development and consulting firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina focused primarily on lot development, build-to-rent, and multifamily asset classes throughout the Carolinas. Kyle is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, and began his career in the finance industry, consulting for various companies including Bank of America and Wells Fargo. Kyle is married to his lovely wife, Blaire.

Trey Hopper
Trey serves as VP of Operations at Hopper Communities, where he is responsible for all aspects of vertical construction. Hopper Communities is a residential builder and developer creating thoughtfully designed communities with an emphasis on modern living, quality craftsmanship, and strong neighborhood character.
Trey previously served on the Board of Directors for the Harvest Center of Charlotte and continues to support the organization’s expansion efforts.

John Kincheloe
John is a Principal at KDG Architecture + Interior Architecture in Charlotte, NC, with over 25 years of architectural experience. A Charlotte native, he attended Myers Park High School before earning both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in architecture from Georgia Tech. John is married to his wife, Chrissy, and they have two sons, Hatcher (18) and David (17).

Michael Knotts
Michael is the president of Knotts Builders, a family-owned home builder and developer in Charlotte, NC. with over thirty years of experience in the real estate industry, building beautiful custom homes and neighborhood communities. Michael is a graduate of UNC. He is married to his wife, Emily, and has 3 kids.

Will Rutland
Will Rutland helps lead business development efforts for Three Notch Group across the Carolinas, supporting clients in civil engineering, geotechnical, environmental, survey, and construction materials testing services. A 2018 engineering graduate of Mississippi State University, Will is passionate about building meaningful relationships, driving strategic growth, and investing in the next generation of professionals. He is actively involved in his local church, where he prioritizes discipleship, mentorship, and growing in faith alongside other men.

Josh Storey
Josh is the founder and president of Storey Progam Management, providing project management and construction management services to clients in the development, construction, and real estate industry. Prior to starting SPM in 2022, Josh was a senior principal with Stantec in their Charlotte office. Josh is a graduate of Clemson, and is married to his wife, April, with whom they have three kids.

Scott Whelchel
Scott is the Area Manager for Wharton-Smith, Inc. Carolinas Commercial Construction Division in Charlotte, NC with over 25 years of experience in commercial construction. He is a native Charlottean, South Mecklenburg HS Sabre, and North Carolina State College of Engineering graduate. Scott has been married to his wife, Christine (also a Sabre), since 2009, and they have 2 children.

Kenny Smith
Kenny is a commercial real estate broker with New South Properties specializing in office and light industrial. He is an active community member, serving on the Charlotte City Council for two years. He is currently a member of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Board of Visitors. Kenny has been married to his wife Bridget since 2005. They have three children.
