As the president and chief executive officer of FMI Corporation, Chris Daum oversees the management of all FMI businesses and services and is responsible for the firm’s strategic growth initiatives.  
In addition to leading the firm, Chris works with owners, boards, and management teams on strategic issues involving emerging industry trends, succession planning, ownership transfer, and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Chris served as president and senior managing director of FMI Capital Advisors, the firm’s investment banking subsidiary, leading the utility infrastructure practice. 
He is a contributing author to numerous industry publications and media outlets, and a sought-after speaker on the economic, technological, and competitive trends for the engineering and construction industry. 

ACR Supply Co. was founded in 1977 by L.C. Meachum. Troy joined his father in their small family-held business straight out of college in 1980. Although the company’s market focus is to serve the HVAC/R industry through wholesale distribution, Troy has gained a passion over the past decade to make a positive difference for Christ in the lives of their employees, their customers, and their vendor partners. To enhance their focus on ministry, ACR has also partnered with Corporate Chaplains of America and joined the C12 family.

Jeff shared his personal faith story while conveying a message of authenticity and encouragement to the attendees. Jeff Sheehan is Managing Partner at Trinity Capital and Foundation. He leverages more than 24 years of commercial real estate experience to direct the firm’s development, leasing, and asset management efforts. Since starting in commercial real estate in 1999, Jeff has completed more than $2.5 billion and 15 million square feet in new developments and acquisitions.

Sam shared his story of faith and professional growth in his effort to serve God during our Q4 event. Sam is a Principal and Managing Director at RDG Commercial. Additionally, Sam has the privilege of participating in several aspects of the Raleigh Fellows program. His highlight is helping facilitate weekly Roundtable discussions for the Fellows to see how faith is impacting their views on culture from the watercooler to the world at large.

Our first kickoff event was an immense success. Our team shared the vision and purpose of Faith Builders to the attendees. The founder of Faith Builders, Collin Brock, shared his story of how God was able to use him, despite his initial delayed obedience to start the organization in 2017, eventually realizing that God was inviting him to participate in something uniquely special, and he was about to turn away from God's call and miss out on what God was going to do. In 2022, Faith Builders was launched in Charlotte, along with the help of their local board of directors. Hunter Thompson shared his passion for wanting to expand what Charlotte had begun into the Raleigh market. The session wrapped up with a round-table discussion among the men on how they can use Faith Builders for workplace ministry.
